Shipping Policy

We are committed to getting your carefully selected Faherty items to you as quickly and reliably as possible. This page outlines our shipping options and procedures.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our fulfillment center.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer a range of shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: (4-7 Business Days)
    • Contiguous U.S.: Free on orders over $150. A flat rate fee applies to orders under this amount.
    • Hawaii and Alaska: A standard flat rate fee applies.
  • Expedited Shipping: (2-3 Business Days)
    • A flat rate fee applies to all orders. Please see your cart for the exact cost.
  • Overnight Shipping: (1-2 Business Days)
    • This premium service is available for a flat rate fee. Orders must be placed before 11:00 AM PST for fulfillment on the same business day. Not available for all locations.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations outside of the U.S. at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Delays

While we provide estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee them as they are subject to carrier performance and factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs, or logistical delays. We are not responsible for delays once a package is in the possession of the shipping carrier.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship from different locations or in separate packages to ensure you receive them as quickly as possible. You will not be charged extra for multiple shipments, and you will receive a separate tracking number for each package.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address provided by you. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping, which will incur an additional shipping charge.
